“Agrifood waste as an industrial resource”

Terre Cevico is a great cooperative reality in Romagna and one of the most important wine systems in Italy. It participates in BIOWAFER, the project that aims to exploit waste in the agro-food sector for the production of chemical compounds and materials of interest for non-food and non-feed industrial sectors and to develop an innovative industrial system in which the production of by-products and co-products to be managed as waste is reduced to a minimum.
