Food Shuttle is an edu-tech laboratory designed to promote food education and make young people discover the value of food and territory, the origin of products, biodiversity, the fight against food waste and taste education.  A multi-sensory interactive platform created by CIRFOOD, one of the leading Italian companies in the field of organized, commercial and collective catering, and services to businesses, in collaboration with Fondazione Reggio Children-Centro Loris Malaguzzi and architect Francesco Bombardi for primary and secondary schools. The Food Shuttle, consisting of a module capable of travelling and landing in schools, gives children an active experience of research and exploration of food, also thanks to immersive technologies that amplify the five senses and enhance the experience.
